Lavender's properties calm the nervous system and help you to relax. Helichrysm is analgesic (pain-killing). Litsea cubeba and Peppermint are both pain relieving and uplifting.
Use with a carrier oil. Place a few drops at the base of the skull and temples. Close your eyes and breathe.
